1. Register FaceBook Business Manager (BM)

Go to link: https://business.facebook.com , select “Create an account”.

Fill in the BM name and email, and select “Submit”.

“Please verify email” appears after submitting, click “Finish”.

Go to your mailbox, receive information, and click Authentication.

2. Create a Facebook developer account

Go to link: https://developers.facebook.com/?locale=zh_CN , open Meta for Developers, and select Start Now.

Create a Facebook developer account and select Continue.

Select your country/region, enter your mobile phone number, and click “Send verification SMS” to accept the SMS verification code.
Note: You can use the number used before “Tools”.

Enter the received SMS verification code and select “Continue”.

Check whether the email is correct, and check to agree to receive the marketing related electronic communications sent by Facebook, including developer news, updates and promotional emails. Then select Verify Mailbox.

Identity Select “Other” and then select “Complete Registration”.

Select Create Application to create an application.

3. Create facebook app

Go to link: https://developers.facebook.com/apps/create/ , open the meta developer background.
Select the “Business” type, and then underline it to create an application.

After creation, under the application – control panel, select whatsapp product and click Settings.

4. FaceBook creates whatsapp business account (waba) number

Select Quick Start and click Continue.

Select “Getting Started”, drop it down to the end, and select “Add Number”.

Enter “bm name”, “country” and “US domain name that can open the home page”, and select “Next”.

Select Other from the business category drop-down list.

Click Next.

Enter the phone number (optional number of countries and regions, generally recommended in the United States), select “SMS reception”, and click Next verification.

After the SMS verification code is successfully entered, the corresponding phone number and waba ID will be displayed.
