How to integrate WhatsApp Business API numbers

We provide YCloud and NxCloud agent integration methods to help you access faster! The following are the integration steps for the agent platform.

1. Integrate YCloud commercial API number

Please register YCloud background first and add WABA/ through YCloud background The number can be subsequently synchronized to SaleSmartly through the YCloud backend API:

1.1 Log in to Ycloud backend

If you have registered a YCloud account, please log in first: https://www.ycloud. com/console/#/entry/login

Open [Verify]-[Getting started] to view and copy the API Key.

1.3 Fill in the API Key into the SaleSmartly backend

Open the "Integration-WhatsApp API" page of the SaleSmartly backend and click the "Add WhatsApp Business API Number" button.

In the integration pop-up window, fill in the YCloud API Key and click the "OK" button. You can complete the YCloud business API number access.

2. Integrate NxCloud commercial API number

Please register the NxCloud backend first, fill in the corresponding information into this backend, and then add WABA/number through the NxCloud backend, which can be synchronized to SaleSmartly.

2.1 Log in to the NxCloud backend and copy AccessKey and AccessSecret

After logging into the NxCloud backend, on the console-home page, find the AccessKey and AccessSecret values and copy them.

Fill in the SaleSmartly-NxCloud integration pop-up window, as shown below.

2.2 Add NxCloud application

In the NxCloud background WhatsApp-customer application, click Add a new button, fill in the application name (customizable), Webhook, set the status to enabled, and complete the application addition. Among them, Webhook is obtained and filled in from the SaleSmartly backend.

Get the Webhook in the SaleSmartly background, as shown below. After copying, please fill it in the new application pop-up window above.

After the new application is successfully added, copy the AppKey of the application.

Fill the copied AppKey into the SaleSmartly integration pop-up window. At this point, all fields have been filled in. Click the OK button to complete NxCloud access.

2.3 Register WABA/number in NxCloud

In the NxCloud background, open WhatsApp - On the customer application page, click the list operation item number to open the number list page, where you can perform embedded registration of Waba/numbers and add message templates.

In the SaleSmartly background, click the sync button to synchronize the latest Waba/ registered on NxCloud Number.

3. Integrate ChatApp business API number

3.1 Log in to the Alibaba Cloud backend

First register/log in to the Alibaba Cloud service backend: https://chatapp.console.aliyun.com/dychatapp/whatsapp/list

3.2 Click AccessKey Management.

3.3 Create user

Click to create user> ;Fill in user account information>Check OpenAPI call access>Click OK

3.4 Get AccessKey ID and AccessKey Secret

Click Copy to copy AccessKey ID and AccessKey Secret

Note: AccessKey information needs to be saved in time. It can only be copied and obtained when it is created, so it needs to be saved with caution!

3.5 Authorization

Click Authorization>Add New Authorization> Search and fill in the account you just created>Search Chat for permissions below>Check Read-only management and management ChatApp permissions>Click OK

The authorization is successful

3.6 Fill in the callback address

• Copy the corresponding callback address

• Enter the Chat message service interface ( You can enter this interface by searching above), click Channel Management>Click Channel Webhook Settings>PasteNotification callback address> OK.

3.7 Fill in key

Click ChatApp>Fill in the AccessKey ID and AccessKey Secret obtained initially>Click OK to configure success.

4. Integrate ITNIO TECH business API number

Please register firstITNIO TECHBackend, fill in the corresponding information into this backend, and then pass < span style="font-size: 19px;">ITNIO TECHWABA/numbers added in the background can be synchronized to SaleSmartly

4.1 Fill in the registration form and log in to ITNIO TECH

4.2 Get API Key and API Secret

After successful login, you can get the API Key and API Secret on the homepage, click to copy, return to the integration interface and paste them into the corresponding locations.

Back Integration, paste to the corresponding position.

4.3 Get APP ID

To obtain the AppID, you need to register a WhatsApp account. If your ITNIO TECH account has already registered a WhatsApp account, you can skip Pass this step.

Click on the left WhatsApp > After entering, click WhatsApp Account> Click Register a WhatsApp account, and follow the process to complete the account registration.

Note: Registering a WhatsApp account requires real-name authentication.

After registration is completed, you can obtain the App ID, paste and copy to the corresponding Location, clickConfirm to successfully integrate .
