How to integrate TikTok

1. Function Introduction

Integrating the TikTok App allows businesses to directly manage and operate their own TikTok App private messages in real time through SaleSmartly, providing unified multi-channel communication services with customers.

2. Operation process

First, you need to make sure that your account has the number of TikTok App cloud device numbers (free version users do not have the number of TikTok App cloud device numbers).

1. Add a device

Click [ Integrate ] - [ TikTok App ] and then click [ Add Device] , [ Select IP Region ] and then click [ OK]. If you need IP in other regions, please contact us.

2. Scan the QR code

According to the instructions in the picture below, open the TikTok App on your mobile phone and scan the pop-up connection QR code to successfully connect.

3. Receiving and sending messages

As shown in the following figure, you can access friend messages in online chat

common problem

① The number of TikTok App devices is 0/1. Why does it say that the number has reached the upper limit when I click Add Device?

A: You can check the number status. The current logic is: valid/invalid/unconnected/configured numbers will occupy the number of device numbers. You can check and delete invalid numbers, and then try to add the device.

 

② What messages does the TikTok App support?

A: Currently , the TikTok App only supports private messages within the App. Comments are not supported for the time being. Sending messages through the TikTok App only supports text content.
