Integrate with Facebook

① First, you need to authorize your Facebook account to the platform.

② After logging in to your Facebook account, click “Continue as (your account name)”, check the homepage you need to bind, then click “Next”, select the operations that SaleSmartly can perform on the homepage (we recommend that you select “Yes” for all of them). After the authorization is completed, click [OK] to jump back to the SaleSmartly system. See the following sample diagram.

After integrating Facebook Messenger to Salesmartly, enable Messenger and post comments, and you’re ready to start chatting.

You can also edit the automation and choose which ones to associate to Messenger and home page comments.
