2.1. Personal information
Click your avatar to change your online status, switch the language, log out, or switch to or create a workspace.
Click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner to open the Personal Settings page, where you can view your account information, change your password, configure Workspace Preferences, manage Notification Preferences, and customize Chat Shortcut Settings.
2.2.Workspace Settings
If you want to change the Workspace name, just change the name in [Workspace Settings-Workspace Information].
In [Workspace Settings-Workspace Information], you can enable access workspace for SaleSmartly technicians.
