You can manage and edit the common scripts you use when talking to customers in the script library, and classify the word library by language so that you can respond accurately and quickly when communicating with customers and increase your order conversion rate.

2.1. How to add a Script library
Navigate to [Client > Script Library], select either the Public Script Library or Private Conversation Scripts , and click + Add to on the right to open the editor.
Entries added to the Public Script Library are visible to all members, while entries added to the Private Conversation Scripts are only visible to you (administrators can view entries created by customer service members).
In the editor, complete the following steps:
Select the target Script Library (you can create a new language-specific script library on the Script Library page) > Select a Classification > Enter the Title (internal only) and Content (visible to customers). The content supports text, images, attachments, videos, and audio, with up to 9 media files that can be added at one time > Click Sure to create the entry.

2. Add new library, add new category, edit, delete
Public and Private libraries use a three-tier structure: Library > Category > Value. You can add word libraries in different languages by Add a script library. Secondly, under different libraries, you can click " +Add category " next to all categories to add categories to the library.
Under different categories, you can modify and delete the values in the category through Edit and delete.

3. Import and export of word
Click the Import/Export button to import or export through templates . You can import your frequently used sales tactics to facilitate the expansion of sales tactics in salesmartly.

4. Application of the script library
In [ Chat ], during the chat, you can click on the Quick Reply at the bottom of the conversation window to expand the Conversation script library and switch between public and private script libraries, which can improve the professionalism and accuracy of customer service responses.
