How to integrate X App?

Integrated X App allows enterprises to directly manage and operate their X App private messages through SaleSmartly, providing unified multi-channel communication services with customers.

 

2. Operation Process

2.1 Add Device

Click [Integrations] - [Social Media] - [X App] - [Click Add] - [Click Connect] - [Select IP Address], then click [Connect]

Make sure your SaleSmartly account has an available X App cloud device number credit

2.2 Check integrations progress

After the Task Center displays "Import X APP session file" successfully, you can view it in the list.

 

3. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

3.1 The number of devices is 0/1. Click Add Device Prompt Number to reach the upper limit?

You can check the number status, the current logic is: all numbers that are valid, invalid, not connected, or in configuration will occupy the device number count. You can check and delete invalid numbers before trying to add devices.

 

3.2 What messages does X App support?

Currently, X App supports private messages within the app, and sending messages through X App supports text, images, and videos.

 

3.3 Why can't I receive messages?

If it's a message from a stranger, please go to [Settings] - [Privacy and Security] - [Chat] - [Allow message requests from], and select everyone.
