Changelog-2026.4

01 Messenger Notification Templates: Added "Template Library"

To help sellers apply for Messenger notification templates more efficiently and compliantly, the system has officially launched the "Template Library" feature, eliminating the hassle of coming up with messages from scratch.

Official Standard Script Library: When creating a template, you can choose to "Create Directly" or "Create from Template Library" . We have integrated various standard templates officially recommended by Meta. Whether it's order updates, logistics reminders, or holiday promotions, you can simply "reuse with one click" , significantly improving the approval rate.

Standard Template Library

Use cases:

Many sellers often face repeated rejections when applying for templates because they are unsure about the details of the official Meta guidelines. Now, you can simply select one of our recommended templates from the template library, categorized by scenario such as "Promotion" or "Logistics." After filling in your specific campaign information, submit it. This not only saves you time from brainstorming and researching the guidelines from scratch but also effectively increases the template approval rate , allowing your marketing plans to be implemented more smoothly.

02 Telegram Channel: Supports importing Session protocol numbers

To improve the efficiency of cross-border sellers in managing large numbers of Telegram accounts, the system has added a Session protocol number import method in addition to the existing mobile phone number login .

Batch operation for multiple accounts: Supports direct import of protocol files in .session format, eliminating the need to wait for mobile verification codes and enabling fast batch login of accounts. Combined with the system's provided Excel templates, multiple accounts can be uploaded in batches with a single click, and corresponding proxies and 2FA passwords can be configured simultaneously.

Session Link

Use cases:

For teams with a large number of Telegram accounts, now they only need to prepare the agreement file and upload it with one click to quickly launch the accounts, which greatly shortens the operation time for integrating multiple accounts.

03 WABA Message Billing Strategy Optimization

To further reduce sellers' operating costs, the system has adjusted the billing rules for WhatsApp Business API messages settled through SaleSmartly.

A new single-session billing cap has been added: Within a 24-hour session window , the system only charges for the first 100 messages in a single session . Messages exceeding 100 will no longer be billed , with a maximum charge of $0.5 per session . This truly ensures worry-free sending of numerous messages.

Use cases:

For clients with high inquiry volumes and numerous conversation rounds, the more messages sent, the higher the cost. Now, each conversation is capped at $0.50 for 24 hours , and billing only applies to the first 100 messages. This helps you effectively control your operational budget.

04. Added "AI Assistant - Change Tone"

To help customer service representatives reach global customers more professionally and accurately, the online chat window now deeply integrates AI big model capabilities, supporting one-click "tone change".

Precise switching between four moods: The system presets four commonly used moods: polite and professional, friendly and natural, positive and reassuring, and concise and direct . After entering text, you can activate the AI assistant through the function menu. The AI-edited content will be displayed in real time, and you can replace and send it with one click, saying goodbye to the stiff feeling of translation.

Note: Each use of the tone-changing function will consume AI character quota.

Use cases:

When customer service representatives encounter emotionally charged complainants and worry that their responses might be too harsh, they can simply type in the gist of the complaint and then select "positive reassurance." AI will then transform the response into an empathetic and professional one, improving customer satisfaction.

05 LINE Personal Account: Supports sending video messages

To further enhance the interactivity of LINE personal accounts, sending video attachments is now officially supported.

Seamless multimedia communication: Customer service representatives can send video files directly to customers' LINE personal accounts in the background without having to switch to their mobile devices, making communication more intuitive.

Use cases:

For customers in private domains, when they inquire about product details or how to operate the product, sending them a short demonstration video is more persuasive than a text reply and significantly shortens the customer's decision-making cycle.

06 Online Chat: Added "Public View"

To further refine the management of team conversations, the new version of online chat officially supports the creation of "public views ," allowing specific team members to share the same filtering perspective.

Freely switch between two-dimensional views: In the conversation list on the left, you can flexibly switch between "Personal View" and "Public View" as needed .

Team Collaboration: When creating or managing views, super admins can choose to set the view as "Personal" or "Public." Public views support visibility to two or more members . Super admins can flexibly assign which members can see the session data under this view based on task allocation for different groups.

Create a public view

Use cases:

The super administrator can create a dedicated public view for the "After-Sales Team," visible only to the three customer service representatives within the team. This ensures that team members only see filtered after-sales conversations, achieving information synchronization within the team while preventing interference from irrelevant individuals, making collaboration more targeted.

07 Group messaging adds "WeChat" and "LINE Personal Account" channels

To help sellers reach their private audiences more comprehensively, our bulk messaging tool now supports both WeChat and LINE APP (personal accounts), two core channels.

WeChat group messaging: Supports one-click group messaging of text, images, attachments, videos, and content from the script library.

LINE Personal Account: Supports sending text, images, videos, and pre-written messages. (Attachments not included)

Mass messaging

Use cases:

Now you can create a mass-messaging task directly in the backend to precisely push this week's promotional videos to customers. The system will handle the sending smoothly for you in the background.

08 Automated Process Optimization and Upgrade

To make your automation services more accurate and scalable, we have upgraded the triggering logic and variable components of the automation process.

WeChat for Work supports distinguishing between "private chats" and "group chats" : Now you can customize different automated processes for "personal private chats" and "group chats" respectively. Whether it's an automatic welcome message in a group or a timeout reminder for a private chat, each function performs its own task without interfering with the others, ensuring the most appropriate feedback is provided in different communication contexts.

Comment automation now supports "external request variables": We've upgraded our comment automation components for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to support "external requests ." The system can capture specific information returned by third-party APIs in real time (such as product inventory, real-time pricing, and exclusive discount codes), enabling truly intelligent responses that integrate with our own systems.

Enterprise WeChat Automation

External request variables

Use cases:

In WeChat Work operations, you can configure the bot to send welcome messages only in group chats, avoiding interference with customers in private chats. Simultaneously, in Facebook comment sections, when customers inquire about inventory or pricing, the system can automatically request your backend API, retrieve real-time data through response mapping , and automatically reply.

09. Online chat now includes a "Quick Filter" feature.

To enable customer service staff to quickly categorize and process massive amounts of messages, the new version of online chat has officially launched the "Quick Filter within Module" component in each core module of the left navigation bar.

Module-specific filtering: A unique filter icon has been added next to each core conversation module. This feature only performs temporary filtering; switching or refreshing the view will not retain the filter criteria.

No need to navigate, instant results: You can filter directly within the current module to quickly filter replies such as "unread, awaiting reply, single chat, and groups" without having to go into advanced filtering; you can achieve precise location in the top list.

Use cases:

In "My Conversations," if there are too many group chat messages, simply click the filter icon next to this module, check "One-on-One Chat," and the list will instantly be filled with only pure one-on-one consultations. After you're done, simply close the filter. The entire process is completed in the top bar, making it ideal for high-frequency, fast message categorization scenarios.

10. Optimization and Upgrading of Automated Processes

We've further optimized and upgraded the automation, and now your YouTube channel can also be automatically monitored 24/7.

YouTube automation is now officially supported: You can now configure auto-responder logic for YouTube comments . The system supports automatic replies to comments under YouTube videos.

Zalo & Slack differentiates between "Private Chat" and "Group Chat": Automated workflows now support precise differentiation of communication scenarios for these two channels. You can set a personalized welcome message for "Group Chat" and trigger professional after-sales guidance in "Private Chat".

YouTube comment automation

Zalo & Slack differentiate between "private chat" and "group chat".

Use cases:

Sellers operating YouTube channels can now set up the system to automatically respond to product inquiries in the comments section of videos and simultaneously tag the customer with a "high intent" label. At the same time, the conversation will be automatically assigned to the appropriate customer service representative for follow-up, ensuring a fully automated process from comment interaction to private domain conversion.
