Integration with Communication Channels

In SaleSmartly, you can chat with users from multiple channels, centrally manage contacts from each channel, and perform marketing reach. The following will teach you how to integrate Messenger and Facebook comments, Email, Line, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram on SaleSmartly, helping you communicate with users from different channels more effectively and conveniently!

• Integration with Facebook

① First you need to authorize a Facebook account to the platform

② After logging in to your Facebook account, click on the identity of (your account name) to continue, check the homepage that needs to be bound, and then click [Next], select the operations that SaleSmartly can perform on the homepage (it is recommended to select “Yes” for all) and click [Finish], after the authorization is complete, click [OK] to jump back to the SaleSmartly system, see the following sample figure.

Step 1: After logging in to your Facebook account, click Continue as (your account name).
Step 2: Check the homepage you need to bind.
Step 3: Select the actions that SaleSmartly can perform on the homepage.
Step 4: Authorization is complete.

• Integration with Instagram

① First, add an Instagram account (note that the account name is filled in).
② Authorize Facebook account (if Ins current homepage is not authorized, you need to authorize FB account first).
③ Click to jump to the corresponding FB page, and link your FB page to your Instagram account.
④ Bind your Instagram account on Facebook.
⑤ Turn your Instagram account into a business or creator account.

• Integration with Email

Step 1: Add mailbox
Step 2: Fill in the mailbox type, mailbox, authorization code and other information
Step 3: Check the mailbox folders that need to be synchronized (the emails of the checked folders will be synchronized to the system)
