Learn how to install SaleSmartly on your BigCommerce store

Option 1: Install via the BigCommerce app

（1）After logging into BigCommerce, go to ‘Apps’ and click into ‘BigCommerce App Market’, search for ‘SaleSmartly Chat’, go to the app details page, and click ‘GET THIS APP’.

（2）Select the BigCommerce store you want to bundle this app with.

（3）Click “Install” to enter the authorization description page, and then click “confirm” to jump to the SaleSmartly registration and login page. After the SaleSmartly login is completed, the installation can be successfully completed.

Special Note: You can view the integrated BigCommerce store site in SaleSmartly’s “Settings” – “Chat Plugins” list “Integrated Sites”.

Option 2: Install via JavaScript code

1、Copy the JavaScript code

In SaleSmartly’s ‘Settings’-‘Channel’-‘Chat Plugin’ module, select and copy the code you need to install in the list (if there is no plugin code, please create it first).

2、BigCommerce install SaleSmartly

（1）After logging in to BigCommerce, in the ‘Frontend’ – ‘Script Manager’ module, click ‘Create Script’ to enter the code editing page.

（2）On the code editing page, paste the JavaScript code in the ‘script content’ input box, set the basic information, and click ‘Save’ to successfully install.
