1. Introduction
AI robots can combine AI applications such as Chat gpt, Helplook, system AI automatic reply, etc. installed in the app store into a chat robot, and support use in designated social media channel accounts.
2. Functional Description
1. Preparation before using the robot
Before configuring the robot, please install chat gpt, helplook or enable AI auto-reply

1.2 Install AI model tools in the app store
2. Set up the robot
2.1 Create a robot
(1) In [Robot] - AI Robot, click Create Robot. You can set the robot name and description to identify the robot within the team, and set the robot status.
(2) In the robot configuration, select the model that this robot needs to use. The models installed in the App Store will be displayed here simultaneously. If you cannot select one, please select Install. You can select multiple models here. When the model cannot reply, the next one will be automatically called in sequence (to avoid the scenario where the model cannot reply to the message due to network or balance). In actual use, the call will be triggered in the order arranged here.
(3) Select the social media channel for the robot application. Please note that a social media account can only be bound to one
2.2 Robot Use
After the customer sends a message, if the robot status is enabled and the online chat hosting status is enabled, the robot will automatically reply to the customer's message (online chat is not assigned, the robot list is enabled by default and cannot be turned off)
3. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: When a customer sends a message, will the reply be automated first or will it be answered by an AI robot?
Answer: When a customer sends a message, if AI automatic reply is configured in the robot's model, the robot will give priority to replying to the customer. If the robot is not configured with AI automatic reply, the automation will give priority to replying to the customer.
