① After logging in to the SalaSmartly background, you can go to [Settings] – [Chat Plug in] to create a plug-in. After setting the plug-in, enable the plug-in. When visitors send messages, you can go to the [Online Chat] interface to chat and interact with your customers.
② If you want to test the plug-in after setting it, you can click “Preview” to enter the simulated chat interface, simulate the message sent by the visitor, and view the message sent in the [Online Chat] interface.
③ In addition to the system chat plug-in, you can also integrate the social media channel into SalesSmartly and “enable” the corresponding channel account. If users send messages on the social platform, you can view the messages sent in [Online Chat] and reply.
