E-mail Broadcast

1. Introduction

In this function, you can send marketing emails to your target groups of customers and see the effect after sending emails. In addition, there are rich foreign trade email templates for you to choose from, so it is convenient for you to send emails to your customers in different scenarios.

2. Instruction

2.1 Create a mass mailing plan

Click “Create Plan” at [ Campaigns ] – [ E-mail ]

After clicking “Create Plan”, the steps to set up the email are as follows.

Step 1. Email settings: fill in the mass email plan name, email title, select target customers and email template

Step 2. Content editor: You can set the appearance and content of emails, and click “Preview” to view the setting effect after setting.

Step 3. Sending settings: fill in sender name, sender email, sending time, etc. After setting, click “Create and execute” to start sending emails to customers.

2.2 View Results of Your Plans

After sending emails, you can check the effect of the plan at [Marketing Center] – [Mass Mailing], see the status of sending, number of sending, number of successful sending, number of independent openings, number of orders placed, etc., so that the boss can clearly grasp the reaching effect of each email plan and make every good email traceable, helping merchants quickly gain insight into the effect of email marketing, constantly iterate email content and improve marketing conversion efficiency.

Click on the “Number of Dispatches” in the plan or on “Insights” to see the results of individual plan dispatches and to view the following information.

① Basic information: Record email plan configuration information, preview view original email content.
② Transaction data: overall transaction data statistics, realize the attribution of order data generated by opening independent site stores through emails.
③ Email funnel conversion: Through the whole chain of data conversion funnel of sending emails, delivering, opening, clicking and purchasing, at a glance.
④ Customer behavior analysis: intuitively present the behavior data of incoming users such as opening, clicking, purchasing, unsubscribing and reporting spam.
⑤ Sending details: list the sending records of all emails of each plan, which can be quickly filtered according to email status and customer behavior, and support exporting to Excel for secondary data processing.
⑥ Order details: Summarize all order records brought by emails, and support exporting.

2.3 Other operations

After creating a plan, you can gain insight into the data, copy the plan, and save drafts.

① Insight: Support to view email plan details and mass mailing data, including conversion effect, delivery details and order details, etc.
② Copy: directly reuse the configuration and email content/style of existing plans to quickly create new email plans. You can reuse old templates without editing from scratch.
③ Save draft: When you edit email plan, you can save it as draft, so that you can continue to improve it next time.

2.4 Email Templates

You can see the email templates at [Campaigns]-[E-mail]-[Email Template Library], and you can choose a template according to your needs.

1) Q:When I was editing the email content, I found a setting of “Merge Tags”, what is this function?

A:When you edit the email content, click “Merge tab” to insert the variables of “user name” or “user mailbox”. After inserting the tag, the email will be sent successfully at any time, and customers can see their user name and email address when they view the email. The effect is shown in the following picture.
