Set up Robot Automation

Set up an automated response process, the robot can help you to reply to visitor messages, solve visitors’ initial doubts, guide visitors to place orders, etc., for example:

  • When a new visitor opens a new session, the robot takes the initiative to send a welcome message.
  • When visitors inquire about orders, logistics and other information, the robot can guide visitors to self-service inquiries about the information.
  • When a visitor visits a specific page, the robot can push discount cards and collect mailboxes for remarketing.

This setup will improve the efficiency of customer inquiries and reduce the rate of customer complaints. Try creating and using automated processes to reply to users’ messages!

① Click on “Create Process” in “Automation”.
② Click the “Trigger” panel, add a trigger and set the trigger conditions, then click “+” to add a new step, and connect the nodes together by a line. After setting, click “Create” and then name it. In the process of creation, you can click “Test” on the top right corner to experience the process effect.
