Integrate with Telegram

Learn how Telegram bots are integrated into SaleSmartly so that you can manage your sessions uniformly.

The integration steps are as follows:

① After logging in to Telegram, search for ‘BotFather’ and enter the session window, click ‘/start’ to start the session.

② To obtain a new robot token, click ‘/newbot’ and enter personal information according to the feedback, and then you can obtain a short link for chat (which can be shared with visitors to chat), and a token for managing short link sessions.

③ To obtain the existing robot token, click ‘/mybots’ to obtain the list of existing robots, click the robot that manages the management session to obtain the corresponding short link and token

④ Integrate into SaleSmartly, log in to SaleSmartly, go to the ‘Settings’-‘Channel’-‘Telegram’ module, click ‘Add Robot’, paste the telegram token, and click OK to successfully integrate

Note: We strongly recommend that you do not use the same token for different services, otherwise the bot will not work properly.
