Channel analysis

1. Introduction

With this function, you can view the profile of subscription data and daily growth trend of the Messenger channel, and subdivide the new fans on each public homepage, as well as customer service reception.

Use scenario:

  1. When the customer invests in Facebook homepage ads, they can view and track the fan intake and customer service reception of the public homepage in real time.
  2. It is applicable to the promotion and cooperation between advertisers and traffic owners. When Party A’s customers hand over the Facebook public homepage to Party B for powder guidance, they can count the powder feeding data by day or hour to facilitate the two parties to check the drainage effect.

2. Description

Click [Assets] – [Channel Analysis], and enter the channel statistics interface. After filtering the time period you want to view, you can view the total number of fans, new followers, chat with old fans and current online customer service of Messenger in the corresponding time.

2.1 Data overview

(1) Add new followers: the number of new contacts initiated by customers and having conversations.
(2) The number of old fans received includes two parts: ①The number of consultations initiated by the customers;②The number of the conversations initiated by the customer service.
(3) Total fans: the sum of all new and old fans in the corresponding screening period.

2.2 The trend of fans /  Type distribution of fans

In addition to the visual display of numerical values, you can also use the trend chart and type distribution chart to understand the new trend of all account followers in the Messenger channel during the corresponding filtering period, as well as the distribution of fan types.

2.3 Overview of fans from each FB homepage / Customer service assignment details

In addition to the overall situation, you can also view the subscriber data of each Facebook public homepage account under the Messenger channel, as well as the specific situation of each customer service receiving fans under the Messenger channel, so as to help you master the subscriber data of each homepage and more reasonably allocate the reception tasks of team members.

If you do not need to view the old fans, you can turn off the “Show duplicate fans” switch at the top of the channel analysis page. After closing, the channel analysis page only displays the total number of fans, the number of new fans. The old fans data will be hidden and will not be displayed on this page.
