1. What is a number package?

SaleSmartly purchases numbers from third parties to facilitate customers to quickly use WhatsApp business API numbers and reduce the number of applications for registration by customers.

A number package in the system refers to the numbers included in the same BM account. It is divided into the following three categories according to the content of the number package:

(1) Tracking number package

It means that only one phone number is bound to the BM account.

(2) Double Number Package

Refers to binding two phone numbers under a BM account.

(3) Template number package

It means binding a phone number to a BM account and having a template with parameters. The sample template is as follows, and it is mainly used for purchase.

2. How to purchase a number package

Click [Integration]-WhatsApp API and then click Add Number to open the purchase page. Select the type and quantity of number package you want to purchase on the page, agree to the agreement and complete the purchase.

You can only purchase 5 number packages of the same number package type at a time. If you need to purchase more than one, you need to purchase multiple times.

3. How to use after purchase

After purchasing the number, you can view it in the [Integration]-whatsapp api list. If you have purchased a template number package, you need to click refresh in [Bulk Plan]-whatsapp Api template. After refreshing, the purchased template will be displayed in the list.
