This article is a tutorial guide for self-service purchase of WhatsApp platform numbers.
The self-service purchase of WhatsApp platform number only supports the professional or commercial package. If you need to use it, you can choose to purchase an upgrade package. The specific steps are as follows:
①In [Settings] – [Cost Center], select the package you need to purchase, and purchase the corresponding number of channels according to the WS number you need. Each channel number supports the activation of one WS number.

Salesmarly now supports WhatsApp number leasing service. If users need, they can contact customer service for consultation.
Note: Due to business adjustment, the number does not support bulk purchase, but only supports batch purchase (one number is $10, and more than 10 must be purchased each time). The number belongs to an independent BM. Please add WeChat for details.
(1) After the platform number is activated, the user must recharge at [Settings] – [WhatsApp] – [Recharge]. after recharging, it can be applied to functions such as message broadcasting. The cost of recharge consists of three parts: the merchant initiation session fee, the user initiation session fee, and the basic message fee, and the specific cost of the recharge depends on the amount of recharge.
a. Merchant initiation session fee: refers to a new session initiated by the enterprise, and WhatsApp will charge a session fee within 24 hours.
b. User initiation session fee: refers to the user initiating a new session, and WhatsApp will charge a session fee within 24 hours.
c. Basic message fee: refers to each message sent and received through the Salesmartly platform, a basic message fee will be charged, and the sending failure will not be charged.
For example, if an enterprise sends its first message to its customers through WhatsApp within 24 hours, in addition to the WhatsApp official session fee charged within 24 hours, the Salesmartly platform also charges a basic message fee; Thereafter, the enterprise sends a message to the same customer within 24 hours, and no longer charges the session fee, only the basic message fee. The same goes for the cost of initiating a session with a user.

a. Merchant initiated session/customer initiated session, priced according to WS official standard.
b. Basic message fee, $0.005 per message.
c. If you have doubts about the amount of recharge, you can select the country/region that needs to be sent in the [Settings] – [WhatsApp] – [Price Calculator] section, and fill in the number of messages that need to be sent, you can view the required recharge amount.
2. After recharging, you can view the pre saved amount and total consumption amount in [Settings] – [WhatsApp]. Before the pre saved amount is consumed, users can recharge again according to their needs.
After the number is activated, click the number status and set it to Enabled. You can use this number to send messages in groups to help you carry out marketing and improve your marketing reach rate.
