WhatsApp API number fees are divided into two parts: [number rental fee] and [message sending fee]

Number rental fee

A number can actively send 250 conversation numbers every 24 hours with no time limit.

If you create a number yourself or a number created by a third party, you do not need to pay for the rental fee and can use it directly.

Message sending fee

The message fee is divided into three items: the red one is "Template type" (see the figure below). The fees for different template types are different, and you can choose when applying for template review.

Yellow represents the cost of a session initiated by your customer to communicate with you, and blue represents the cost of each message sent from the platform to the customer within the session.

Fee Calculation Method

The cost of actively sending a group message is red + blue, which is the cost of sending a group message. That is ($0.0250+$0.005)*1=$0.03

The customer actively contacts you and initiates a session fee for a yellow user. That is, $0.0088*1=$0.0088

Yellow and red are charged once every 24 hours, and blue is charged for each message sent from the platform to the customer within 24 hours of opening the session.

Example:

Suppose you need to send a group message to 1,000 customers, and your content type is red marketing, then when you send it, you will be charged the marketing fee and the platform's message/message fee. The calculation formula is: (red + blue) * 1000, that is: ($0.0250 + $0.005) * 1000 = $30;

Within 24 hours, the user replies to you and you have a conversation with the user. Each message sent from the platform to the customer is charged, and each message sent by the user to the platform is free of charge;

If after 24 hours, the user actively replies to the conversation you established, here and next, you will be charged the platform message sending fee for each message communicated in our system, and the other party will not be charged.
