You can add your templates to the Bulk Sending Plan – Bulk Messaging – WS Message Templates – Add New Template. If the WhatsApp template you submitted does not pass, you can try the following methods.
When creating a template, in addition to putting copy directly into “Content”, you can also use the “Parameters” function to change your keywords.
As shown in the figure below, you can add a “parameter” to the copy, and after the keywords in the “parameters” are reviewed, you can change the content of the “parameters” to the keywords you actually need to send when sending.
When sending, go to “Bulk Messaging” – “Create Schedule” – “Filter Audience” – select the template at the content sending
Select a template with “parameters”, and in the red box, you can directly change the position of the original “parameters” to the information you need for group sending.
This method needs to be coordinated with the “automation” function in the software, and the “quick reply button” can be used through the template, and the two “quick reply buttons” of “Yes” and “No” in the picture below are used. And in the “automation” through keyword triggers, configure real advertising information. Customers click the Quick Reply button to trigger an auto-reply to real ad content with the “Automation” keyword.
