Team Management

You can manage members at [Settings] – [Team], add members, set the reception limit for members, roles, assign channel chat privileges, etc.

1. Adding members to your project

① If the member’s email is already registered with SaleSmartly account, you can log in and see that it has been pulled into your team project.
② If the member’s email is not registered with SaleSmartly, the initial password will be sent to the member’s email. Use this initial password to login to SaleSmartly.

2. View & Edit Member Information

View all members’ information, including nickname, email, role, online status, reception limit, and you can set members’ avatar, online time, reception time, reception limit, role, and which channels’ users are received.
After setting the online reception time of members, you can check the work schedule of customer service at [Member Schedule].

4. Set up staff scheduling and view schedule

When staff scheduling is not set, member accounts can only switch online/offline manually by themselves, and when it is cut to online, the customer service can receive new session messages automatically assigned by the system, and the administrator can also check whether the customer service is working according to whether the customer service is online or not.

Some companies need to force employees to be online, at this time, you can choose to set up employee scheduling, so that employee accounts automatically cut to online status during the specified time, and automatically receive new session messages on time.

You can select customer service members at [Settings] – [Team], turn on scheduling and edit their reception hours. For example, if the customer service staff of your team is working from 09:00 to 21:00 from Monday to Friday, you can set it as the scheduling time, then during this time, the corresponding customer service account will be automatically cut to online status (employees cannot switch the status by themselves), so that they can receive new session messages automatically assigned by the system.

Click “Member Schedule” to view the schedule

Note: If you want the customer service to be online for a long time, you can set the scheduling schedule to make the customer service under your project online for a long time.
