WhatsApp message template management

In the [Mass Sending Plan]-[Mass Messaging]-[WS Message Template]-[Add New Template], you can apply for a new message template.

After clicking “Add New Template”, fill in the template name, template label, application account, template type and other information, click “Submit” after completion and wait for review.

Note:

(1) Account application refers to selecting the WhatsApp business account that needs to be applied for a template; The application template can be shared by the number under the same service account.

(2) The text content must be filled in plain text; Can contain letters, numbers, special characters, emojis, and WhatsApp-specific formats; If the template has added parameters, you must fill in the specific example content of the corresponding parameters; No more than 1,024 characters, each line cannot have only parameters and no text content.

(3) You can also add buttons to your template, and there are two main types of buttons: Call to action and Quick reply. When using the Call to action button, you can only add up to two buttons to a message template; When using Quick reply, up to three buttons can be added.

After submission, you can view the template status in the WS message template list. The fastest review of the message template is 1-5 minutes, and you can click the page refresh button to refresh and view.

If the message template review is valid, you can go to [Message Broadcast] to create a broadcast, filter the audience, and select the template you need to create the message broadcast.

Note: The application message template can only be used by the applied business account, and the number under the same business account can be shared by the application template.

If you select the template you selected to have parameters, you need to enter the specific content you need in the parameters field, as shown in the figure:

In addition to entering the specific content you need in the parameters field, you can also choose to insert system variables, including name, mobile phone and email address. By inserting system variables, SaleSamrtly helps you fill in bulk content quickly, easily and quickly.

Note: In addition to selecting a system variable, you will also need to fill in an alternate copy, which will be displayed in the parameters area when the contact does not have a field value for the selected variable.
