How to send emails for free?

SaleSmartly now supports 2 ways to send mass emails, you can choose the one that suits you:

1. Use your own email account for mass sending(Free)

That is to use your authorized Email account to send mass emails. In this way, the platform does not deduct email fees, but you need to authorize your Email account to SaleSmartly platform.

Operation steps:

① In the [Integration]-[Email] channel, click Add Email to access your Email account.

② After the access is complete, open [Message Sending], click Create Plan, select "Email Channel ", you can use your own email account for group sending.

③ On the mass sending plan creation page, you can select the mail contact to which your Email account belongs Mass sending; if there is no email contact, it must be imported in batches in [Customer Management]. Finally, after editing the email subject and email content, submit the saving plan to realize mass email sending.

Second, using EDM distribution service

Through this method, you do not need to authorize your Email account, and you can send mass emails through the EDM proxy service provided by this platform, but a certain email sending fee must be charged. If you need to use the EDM delivery service, you can refer to the following guidelines.

Operation steps:

① Click Add Email Sending Quota in [Cost Center], that is, purchase the number of emails to send, and send the corresponding number of emails after the purchase is completed.

② Open [Mass Sending Plan]-[EDM Marketing], click Create Plan to create EDM Shipping plan.
