Add drainage components to plugins

1. Edit the entry

Go to [Settings] – [Chat Plugins], find the plugin you want to add drainage components, click on its [Chat Components] or click [Edit Plugins] to enter the editing page

4. Drainage component integration method

The following will briefly describe how Messenger, Line, and Telegram portals are integrated into chat plugins.

4.1 How to get facebook page id?

Messenger entry integration

① Log in to Facebook (click to log in), click the [Public Homepage] module – select the homepage that needs to be integrated.

②  Enter the public homepage management page, copy the ID string of the URL at the top of the browser, and then fill it in the SalesSmartly backend.

4.2 How to get the official Line ID?

Line entry integration

Open the Line APP, find your official account, and enter the official account homepage – find the official account id in the bottom area (note that it is the string of numbers and letters after @, and you do not need to fill in @), and then fill in the Salesmartly background.

3. How to get Telegram bot id?

In the Telegram APP, open the chat interface with BotFather, and send [/mybot] to view the name of the bot. The Telegram robot id is the name of the bot.
