With this feature, you can view session logs, and quality check and review them to help you better manage your sessions and improve their quality.
When you end a session, in this part, it will generate a new record, and multiple records will be generated after the same visitor visits and ends a session multiple times. It allows you to view information related to the ended session, including contact name, tag, note, session tag, user score, assignee and other information.
Search for session records by contact name, QA rating (only records with ratings), session tags, user ratings, and other criteria in the search bar at the top of the page to filter out session records.
If you want to export the session information, click “Export” to export the session records you checked or the last 2000 sessions.
Click on the user’s name to view the session details page for quality control scores and quality control notes. The quality control ratings and quality control notes are only for the sessions in the current record. In addition, you can also view session tags, session notes, user ratings, user feedback, visitor tags, etc. You can also chat back to users.
1) Q:Why can’t I find the session logs of the active chat in this part?
A:Note that this part will only create a new record when you end a session, so if you do not end the session, the session record will not appear in the [Conversation].
