Message Broadcast(WhatsApp mass messaging)

1. Introduction

In this function, you can send mass messages to WhatsApp users, and support sending message templates to customers on WhatsApp channels with a conversation time of more than 24 hours. After sending the message template, you can also view the data about the number of people scheduled to send, the number of people who have been sent, the number of people who have successfully sent, and the number of people who have failed to send, and view the details of scheduled sending.

Note: It is recommended to send 100 messages per platform number per day.

2. Instruction

2.1 Create broadcast

Click “Create Broadcast” at [Campaigns] – [Message Broadcast], select the channel “WhatsApp”, and click “OK”.

Fill in the name of the broadcast plan, click “Filter” broadcast audience, select the customers who need to broadcast, and click “confirm the filtering” after checking.
Note: If you do not have a broadcast audience, you can import it in [Customer Management] – [Customer List].

Click “Choose a Template” in the sending content, select “Insert System Variable”, and click “Confirm” after completion to complete the message group sending.
Note: You can enter a number for testing before sending a group message.

2.2 View message broadcast effect

After sending a message broadcast, you can view the effect of the broadcast at [Marketing Center] – [Message Broadcast], such as the number of people scheduled to send, the number of successful people, delivery rate and other data, so that the merchant can clearly grasp the sending effect of each message broadcast. , so that every broadcast can be traced, help merchants quickly gain insight into the effect of news broadcast marketing, constantly iterate broadcast content, and improve marketing conversion efficiency.

Click Insights in a broadcast plan to view the delivery performance of a single plan, as well as view the following information:
① Basic information: record the broadcast plan configuration information, preview and view the original broadcast content.

②Sending effect: Click this area to see the details and effects of message broadcasting. For example, if you click the “Number of people scheduled to be sent” area, the merchant can see the original planned sending status of the message broadcast. If you click the “number of people sent” area, and the merchant can see the specific situation of the message broadcast sent and the proportion sent, and check whether there is a difference from the original planned number of people sent.

3. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When I checked the customer, I clearly checked the box next to “Name” and selected the customer, but when I exported the customer information, there were only 20 pieces of customer information, not all customer information?
A: If you want to check all customers, you can click “Check all XX customers” at the bottom to check all customers. Checking the box next to “Name” only selects all customers on a page, not all customers. The detailed selection function description is as follows:
① If you only need to select a small number of specific customers, you can directly check the [check box next to the user’s name];
② If you need to select customers on a certain page, please check the [check box next to “Name”];
③ If you need to select all customer information, click [Check all XX customers] at the bottom.
