Learn how to install SaleSmartly on your WordPress site.
Special note: WordPress needs to be a business version or a self-built site before you can use the plugin installation function.

Option 1: Install via WordPress plugin

1、WordPress installation plugin

(1) After logging in to WordPress, go to the “Plugins” – “Install Plugins” module, search for “salesmartly”, and click “Install Now”.
(2) The text of the installation button of the plug-in changes to ‘Enable’, which means the installation is successful.

2、Enable and bind the SaleSmartly plugin

(1) Enter the ‘Plugins’ – ‘Installed into Plugins’ module, find SaleSmartly Chat, click Enable, and then click One-click Binding.
(2) After clicking one-key binding, it will jump to the SaleSmartly login page. After successful login, it will automatically jump back to the WordPress installed plugin page. At this point, the WordPress site has successfully installed and enabled the SaleSmartly plugin.

(3) Special instructions: When you do not want to use the SaleSmartly plugin for a while, click Disable. After disabling, the plugin will no longer be displayed on the website page.

Option 2: Install via JavaScript code

1、Copy the JavaScript code

In SaleSmartly’s ‘Settings’-‘Channel’-‘Chat Plugin’ module, select and copy the code you need to install in the list (if there is no plug-in code, please create it first).

2、WordPress Install SaleSmartly

After logging in to WordPress, on the ‘Appearance’ – ‘Theme Editor’ page, select the website theme, find the ‘Theme Footer’ (footer.php) file, paste the JavaScript code before , and click ‘Update File’ can be installed successfully.
