You can create a chat plugin at【Setting】-【Chat plugin】.
After creating that chat plugin, you can set the plugin in terms of style, whether to collect information from users, integration portal configuration, etc. After setting, you can click “Preview” to see the effect.
After setting up the plug-in, you can install the plug-in on your website in the following way.
1) Copy the code: At [Setting] – [Channel] – [Chat Plugin], select the plugin you want to install in the list and copy its code; or at [Setting] – [Chat Plugin] – [Edit Plugin], Come to [ Integrated/Installation ], you can also get the code.
2) Install SaleSmartly on your own station: After visiting the server hosting the site, find the file containing the tag (usually index, please consult the site’s development engineer for details), open the file, paste the JavaScript code in front of the tag, and save the changes to take effect for successful installation.
The following shows how to install SaleSmartly in your ShopLine app store and other standalone sites as well.
Step 1: After logging in to ShopLine, go to ‘Applications’ – ‘Marketing Tools’ module and find Salesmartly.
Step 2: Click on “Go to use” to enter the authorization instruction page.
Step 3: Click ‘Authorize and Install’ to jump to SaleSmartly registration and login page, SaleSmartly login can be successfully installed.
Step 4: Bind the plugin successfully.
