How to integrate Telegram device?

1. Function Introduction

Integrating Telegram devices allows enterprises to directly manage and operate their own Telegram chat sessions in real time through SaleSmartly, and provide unified multi-channel communication services with customers. Compared with Telegram integration, Telegram is the integration of Tg robot accounts, while Telegram devices are the integration of personal accounts. You can integrate on demand according to your usage scenarios.

2. Operation process

First, you need to make sure your account has a Telegram device number (free version users do not have a Telegram device number). If you do not have a device number, you can go to the [ Fee Center] to purchase or [ Upgrade Package Version ]

1. Add a device

Click [Integrate] - [Telegram App] , then click [Add Device] , [Select IP Region], and then click [ OK]. If you need IP in other regions, please contact us.

Please note: Select the region where you frequently log in to Telegram App or a nearby region. If you have your own proxy IP, you can click ⑥【Set Proxy】IP in the picture on the right

2. Enter your phone number

Enter your area code + mobile phone number > click Save to enter the account verification interface. Please be sure to enter your mobile phone number in the correct format. If your mobile phone number is entered incorrectly, you will not be able to receive the account verification correctly and need to delete the device and then repeat step 1.

Note: You do not need to enter "+" in front of the mobile phone number, but you need to add the area code.

3. Enter the verification code to complete the integration

After successful saving, the system will send an account verification to your Telegram account. You can check it on your Telegram (as shown below), enter the verification code > click OK to complete the integration of the Telegram device.
