1. Log in to Baidu Translation Open Platform

Click to log in to Baidu Translation Open Platform,Baidu Translation Open Platform (baidu.com)

If you have not registered a Baidu account, you can register it yourself, which is omitted here.

After logging in, click Management Console to access the management console.

 

2. Register as a Baidu Translation developer

If you enter the management console for the first time, you need to register as a Baidu Translation developer.

You can choose either an individual or an enterprise, the enterprise's QPS is faster (words translated per second)

Here we take an individual developer as an example. Fill in your personal information as prompted and click Next.

If there is no response when clicking Next, you can try clicking again to obtain the verification code. If "This mobile phone number has been registered" is displayed, it means that you have successfully created it. Now, go back to Baidu Open Platform and click Management Console again.

 

3. Enable translation service

If you are a first-time developer, you need to enable translation service to realize the translation function.

In the Management Console, in My Services, find the translation service > click Activate Now.

 

You can select the translation service you need to enable. General text translation must be enabled.

 

Select the service version you need. Both versions are acceptable. Here we take the standard version as an example.

 

After selecting the version, fill in the application name > click Submit Application to activate the service.

 

4. Obtain APP ID and API key

After successfully entering the management console, click Developer Information to obtain your APP ID and API key.
