Webhook, also known as " network hook ", is a way for applications to provide real-time information to other applications. Webhook can automatically trigger the process to run when an HTTPS request is received.

Salesmartly provides webhook capabilities, which support customers to push messages from social media accounts integrated in the salesmartly system to designated products through webhooks. For example, if a customer has his own customer service system, after salesmartly integrates social media accounts, he can connect different social media information to his own customer service system through webhooks for reply.

2. Preparation for webhook use

(1) Webhook is only developed for the enterprise version

The webhook function is currently only available to customers with the Enterprise Edition package. For Enterprise Edition customers, we will provide dedicated technical personnel to assist in the connection.
