2. Types of Number Packages
2.1. What is a number package?
To facilitate customers to quickly use WhatsApp business API numbers and reduce the number of customers having to apply for registration themselves, SaleSmartly purchases numbers through a third party for customers to purchase and use.
A number package in the system refers to the numbers included in the same BM account. It is divided into the following four categories according to the content of the number package:
- Single number package
A phone number is bound to a BM ( Facebook Business Manager ) account.
- Double number package
It means binding 2 phone numbers under the BM ( Facebook Business Manager ) account.
- Number template package
It means that one phone number is bound to a BM ( Facebook Business Manager ) account and it has one variable template.
- Double number template package
It means that 2 phone numbers are bound to the BM ( Facebook Business Manager ) account, and there are 2 variable templates.

1. Avoid using WS individual number test: Do not use WS individual number test to send messages to each other. If you need to test, please embed your own number into the list you are going to send. For example, you can add or import your own number into the customer list, and then test the API number group. Otherwise, it will be easy for the official to detect whether the copy is in violation of the rules, which may cause your template to be restricted.
2. Link usage specifications: When sending template messages, it is forbidden to include links in the parameters, especially contact links (such as contacting a certain WS number). If you need to include a link, you can use a short link live link tool. The length of the link is irrelevant (search it on Google). If you insist on putting a contact link, it is recommended to put the contact ID (WS pure numeric mobile phone number) and try to send 250 messages at a time. Otherwise, such messages will easily be blocked by the official account. Basically, it will be blocked as soon as it is sent!

After purchasing the number, you can view it in the [Integration] - [WhatsApp API] list. If you have purchased a template number package, you need to click refresh in the [Group Message Plan] - [WhatsApp API] template. After the refresh, the purchased template will be displayed in the list.

3.1. Can I see the contents of the template in advance?
Yes, you can only see the template content of dual number packages and template number packages. The dual number package template only has the official default Hello World template, and the official default Hello World template cannot be used for mass messaging customers, and the official will ban it!
The variable template content is random. You can preview the variable template content before purchasing.
3.2. Can I add photos or other content when I purchase a template number package?
No, the templates have been reviewed and approved, and you cannot add photos or other content. However, you can modify the text variables in the template to determine the actual content you send.
