Currently, the system supports the integration of WhatsApp personal numbers and WhatsApp API numbers. These two types of numbers can be integrated into the system to make transactions. You can choose different numbers to make transactions based on your business scenarios.
WhatsApp API Number Introduction
Advantages: No IP restrictions, no restrictions on the area of use.
Disadvantages: Sending messages will incur a basic message fee, and if the customer replies to you more than 24 hours later, you can only send a template message.
You can choose to purchase our number or create your own WhatsApp API number.

Introduction to WhatsApp Personal Numbers (the kind of WhatsApp numbers you usually log in to on your phone)
Advantages: No message fees, no time limit, and you can reply freely.
Disadvantages: It will be affected by the stability of IP, equipment, etc., and new accounts may need to be maintained, etc.

Link Introduction
Template: https://api.whatsapp.com/send/?phone=xxxx (fill in your WhatsApp number in xxx, and others can chat with you by visiting this link)
Diversion link: We can integrate multiple WhatsApp numbers into one link. Every time the link is accessed, a WhatsApp number will be randomly assigned to the other party for consultation. This can avoid the situation where a WhatsApp number is abnormally blocked due to a large number of fans at the same time.

Team Setup Introduction
Team configuration can target different customer service staff to be responsible for different WhatsApp consultations, or multiple customer service staff can answer the same WhatsApp consultation. You can also set a certain permission module so that only the customer service staff can see the specified system module.
